5. Reservation deadlines. Reservations should be made at least 72 hours before departure. For short-term registrations we will gladly provide any remaining free places.
6. A carriage order acceptance obligation does not exist. The scope of services and the price of transport depend in each case on the valid price list. A claim to promotion exists only at the agreed time. The customer undertakes to notify the head office of Airport-drivers.com in Koblach in writing without delay of any objections to the service, however no later than 1 week after termination of the journey made in connection with the service.
7. Warranty: Airport-drivers.com is liable in the context of the due diligence of a proper businessman for the conscientious preparation of the agreed journeys and the proper provision of the contractually agreed travel service. 8. We are not liable for the consequences of delays due to traffic congestion and traffic jams or force majeure! Liability for the consequences of delays due to slight negligence is excluded.
9. Cancellation / Rebooking: Both contracting parties are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. Cancellation of transfer transfers:

   • Transfers up to 10 days before departure are free. From 9 days before departure EUR 15,-
